Refund Policy
Arrival & No-Show Policy
- Passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth boarding process.
- The bus will wait 2 minutes before the scheduled departure time at each pickup location.
- If the passenger does not show up within this time, the ticket is non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Full Refund: If canceled 3 or more hours before departure.
- 50% Refund: If canceled 1 to 2 hours before departure.
- No Refund: If canceled less than 1 hour before departure or in case of a no-show.
Breakdown Policy
- If a breakdown occurs and a replacement bus is provided within 3 hours, no refund is issued.
- If the delay exceeds 3 hours, passengers receive a 50% refund of their ticket price.
