The bus will wait 2 minutes before the scheduled departure time at each pickup location. If the passenger does not show up within this time, the ticket is non-refundable. Cancellations Full Refund: If canceled 3 or more hours before departure. 50% Refund: If canceled 1 to 2 hours before departure. No Refund: If canceled less than 1 hour before departure or in case of a no-show. Breakdown Policy If a breakdown occurs and a replacement bus is provided within 3 hours, no refund is issued.
